I have been helping families with their home loans needs for more than twenty years. I am a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP) and proud Veteran and First Responder Advocate. I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners navigate financing options when their marital home is at the forefront. I am a strong resource to Family Law Attorneys, Mediators, Financial and Estate Planners, Tax Professionals and their clients. Since one cannot think traditionally when it comes to divorce lending, I bring a different perspective to the process.
My divorce mortgage planning work is both challenging and satisfying. I know the complications that can arise from income sources, asset division and how each may affect the divorce process for a successful outcome for the parties involved. As a financial neutral, I have the background knowledge to identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, financial planning and mortgage financing options, as well as real property issues involved in divorce cases. I bring a holistic approach to Divorce Mortgage Planning and help divorcing homeowners make more informed decisions regarding their home equity solutions.

When I’m not helping families with home loans, I spend time with my rescue dog, Maximus. I enjoy hiking, biking, working out, kayaking and paddle boarding. Laughing with friends is always a great way to pass time as well. I love a nice glass of wine and great food. I can also be pretty handy around the house with home improvement projects. I love traveling, however I need to do it more. My favorite place is anywhere where there is water. Especially a tropical beach.
